• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after processing.

• Customers will receive a confirmation email/notification once the order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within India.

• Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, public holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Any additional duties, taxes, or customs charges (for international orders) will be borne by the customer. The product will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days.

4. Tracking Orders

• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or message.

• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated by the courier partner.

5. Delivery Address

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

• Sia  is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Undelivered Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, customers may be charged additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.

• Currently, we deliver across India.
