• All products are handpicked and quality-checked before dispatch.

• Product images on our platforms aim to be accurate; however, slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to lighting or device display differences.

• Availability of items is subject to stock. We may cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

• All payments are handled securely through third-party payment gateways. Sia  does not store card or banking details.

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled unless under special circumstances approved by our team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partners.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products delivered.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including product designs, images, logos, and brand material, belongs to Sia.

• No part of our content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sia shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect shipping information.

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
