Welcome to Sia. By accessing, browsing or purchasing from our brand through our website, Instagram, email or physical store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

• These Terms govern your use of Sia services, including purchases, communications and deliveries.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on our official platforms.

2. Products & Services

• All products are handpicked and quality-checked before dispatch.
• Product images on our platforms aim to be accurate; however, slight variations in colour, texture or detailing may occur due to lighting or device display differences.
• Availability of items is subject to stock. We may cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
• All payments are handled securely through third-party payment gateways. Sia does not store card or banking details.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled unless under special circumstances approved by our team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Custom-size orders are made to order and ship within 8–10 days of confirming your measurements.
• Delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days, and shipping within India is free.
• International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx at carrier rates; duties and taxes are borne by the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Orders delivered within India can be returned free within 10 days of receipt, as set out in our Refund Policy.
• Custom-size pieces are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, except where they arrive damaged or different from what was ordered; alterations are available if the fit needs adjusting.
• International orders are not eligible for returns.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including product designs, images, logos and brand material, belongs to Sia.
• No part of our content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sia shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect shipping information.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
